Top Web Designers, Developers, Web Security Specialists, Educators convene in Kansas City Next Week, June 22-25 for National Web Design and Development Competition. Winners Eligible for $100,000 in Education Scholarships
Folsom, Calif. - (NEWSBLAZE) - Students looking to pursue careers in the Web profession convene next week at the Kansas City, MO Barte Hall and Convention Center for the 2009 National Web Design Competition.
Participants in the Sixth Annual National Web Design Competition Include Secondary and Post Secondary Students from all 50 states in the Areas of Web Design Web Development and Web Business.
The event is sponsored by the World Organization of Webmasters (WOW) and leading Web Design and Development professionals that have an interest in promoting education and career opportunities within the Web profession.
Among the topics for the weeklong competition include best practices in Web design and development Web security, resume building and interviewing as well as methods to establish a Web design and development business.
A handful of WOW certified industry professionals will judge the contest virtually utilizing the worldwide web.
